AgentOrg (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a managed platform for building and operating AI agents within your organization. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you join our waitlist or create an account, we collect your name and email address.

Organization data. When you use AgentOrg, we store the data you create within the platform, including agent configurations, task content, chat messages, uploaded documents (knowledge base files), and records of actions your agents perform.

Third-party integration data. AgentOrg allows you to connect third-party services (such as Gmail, GitHub, Linear, Slack, and others) to your agents. When you connect a service, we store authentication tokens necessary to act on your behalf within that service, and we process the data those services return to us (such as email content or repository contents) solely to complete the tasks you direct your agents to perform. We do not use this data for any purpose other than fulfilling your instructions.

API keys (Bring Your Own Key). AgentOrg lets you connect your own API keys for AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others). These keys are encrypted at rest and used only to process the AI requests you initiate. We never use your API keys for any purpose other than running your own agents.

Payment information. When you subscribe or purchase credits, our payment processor (Polar) collects and processes your payment card details directly. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. We receive limited transaction metadata (such as subscription status and billing history) from Polar to manage your account.

Usage and billing data. We track credit consumption, task execution metadata, and billing information necessary to operate our credit-based pricing model.

Technical information. We automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for security and operational purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the AgentOrg platform
• Process the tasks and actions your agents perform on your behalf
• Communicate with you about your account, product updates, and support requests
• Monitor and improve platform performance, reliability, and security
• Calculate and bill credit usage
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information or your organization’s data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard infrastructure providers. We encrypt sensitive credentials (including connected API keys) at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel for the purpose of operating and supporting the platform.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

AgentOrg relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate, including but not limited to cloud hosting providers, database providers, and the third-party integration platform that enables agent connections to external tools. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

When you connect a third-party tool to an agent (such as Gmail or GitHub), that third-party service’s own privacy policy also governs how it handles your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform’s services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing records.

7. Children’s Privacy

AgentOrg is a business product not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
