Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AgentOrg (the “Service”), operated by AgentOrg (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AgentOrg is a platform that allows you to create and operate AI agents that can perform tasks on your behalf, including interacting with third-party tools and services you connect, drafting and sending communications, and managing work through a task and approval workflow. Certain agent actions require your explicit human approval before being executed, as configured within the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by AI agents you configure.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Payment processing.Payments are processed by Polar, our third-party payment processor and merchant of record. By subscribing to AgentOrg or purchasing credits, you agree to Polar’s terms of service in addition to these Terms. We do not directly store or process your payment card information — this is handled entirely by Polar.

Subscriptions. AgentOrg offers subscription plans (currently Pro and Team) billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription automatically renews each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

Credits. Each subscription plan includes a monthly allotment of credits, which reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. You may also purchase additional credits at any time, which do not expire and do not reset, for as long as your account remains active. Credits are consumed when your agents perform actions through connected third-party integrations, as described in our pricing documentation.

Price changes. We may change subscription or credit pricing with reasonable advance notice (at least 14 days for existing subscribers). Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@agentorg.run within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

Purchased credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law or in cases of a verified billing error.

Failed payments. If a subscription payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is successfully processed. We will attempt to notify you before suspending access.

Taxes. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Polar, as our merchant of record, is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes on transactions, as required by law.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

AgentOrg allows you to connect your own API keys for third-party AI model providers. You are solely responsible for any usage charges incurred directly with those providers as a result of using AgentOrg with your own keys. We are not responsible for third-party AI provider pricing, availability, or service changes.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party tools and services to your agents. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and authorize agent access to any third-party account you link to AgentOrg.

You acknowledge that AI agents acting on your behalf through connected integrations may take actions such as sending communications, modifying records, or creating content within those connected services, and that you are responsible for reviewing and approving such actions where the platform’s approval workflow is enabled.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AgentOrg to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send unsolicited communications, spam, or engage in deceptive practices through connected integrations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts or data
• Use the Service to build a competing product by reverse engineering its functionality
• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content through any connected integration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

7. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content, data, and documents you upload or generate through AgentOrg (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content and any actions your agents take based on it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing agent outputs and actions, particularly those requiring approval, before relying on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentOrg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken by AI agents or third-party integrations connected through the Service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except in cases of suspected abuse or illegal activity, where we may act immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
